I contacted my home warranty company when my A/C went out, after 5 days no one showed or called from either company. My neighbor had FLO RITE at her home so I contacted them also since she was satisfied. John walked and talked to me about my unit. Provided education on maintenance etc, but my unit was shot. I found him easy to talk to since he didn’t sell me anything but the truth. We even had a “what if” conversation where he was experienced enough in his field to tell me about the damages of cutting corners. I LOVE FLO RITE, my house is cooler, it was professionally equipped with the right materials and and I am happy for that. Oh and my cat is happier too.
